Refund & Cancellation Policy

Eligibility

This policy covers deposits and fees paid for Volume & Price Action Practice Sessions, Private Chart Mentoring, Weekend Chart Clinics, and Practice Lab day passes booked with Flowplex Digital.

Timeframe for full refund

Cancel in writing to hello@flowplex.digital at least seven full days before the scheduled start time to receive a full refund of fees paid for that seat or meeting, minus any non-refundable deposit portion stated on your confirmation email.

Partial refund

Cancellations received between six days and forty-eight hours before start may receive a fifty percent refund of the session fee. Mentoring meetings cancelled inside forty-eight hours are credited toward a future mentoring slot within ninety days rather than refunded in cash, unless we cancel on our side.

Non-refundable items

Printed materials already produced for a custom corporate group, completed mentoring hours, and Practice Lab day passes after Lab entry on the booked date are non-refundable.

Deposits

A seat deposit holds your place for seven days while the remaining balance is arranged. If the balance is not confirmed and we release the seat, the deposit may be retained unless we fail to hold the seat as promised.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once without fee when notice arrives at least seventy-two hours before start, subject to available seats. Additional reschedules may incur an administrative fee of 30,000 KRW.

No-shows

Failure to attend without notice is treated as a completed booking. No refund is issued for no-shows.

Sessions already started

Once a practice session or clinic has begun, fees for that day are earned. If an instructor must stop a session early for a facility issue, we offer a proportional credit or makeup seat.

Refund process and method

Email hello@flowplex.digital with your name, session date, and payment reference. Approved refunds are returned by the original transfer method within ten business days. Bank processing times may add several days.

Cancellations by Flowplex Digital

If we cancel a session, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a later date at no charge.
